Return Policy: The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order concerning the purchased goods. Upon receipt of the withdrawal notification, the Seller shall reimburse the payments received from the Customer within fourteen (14) days. Within the same period, the Customer is required to return the goods for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised.
The right of withdrawal shall be exercised by sending, within the specified period, a written notice to the Seller’s registered office via registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. This communication may be anticipated within forty-eight (48) hours by e-mail.
Failure to comply with the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, as well as with the procedures and instructions for returns provided below, or in the event of damage to the products for reasons unrelated to transport, shall render the purchase order valid and effective. In such cases, the Seller shall return any unduly sent products to the Customer, who will bear the related shipping costs. The Customer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
### CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES FOR THE EXERCISE OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
If, for any reason, the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase, unworn items may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods. Returns may only be shipped from the country in which the order was placed.
The Seller shall not be liable for any damage, theft, or loss of products sent for return; all related risks remain the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.
Following the required verifications, having ascertained that the goods correspond fully to their original characteristics at the time of shipping, the Seller shall reimburse the purchase price of the product or issue a voucher within fourteen (14) days from the date of return. Conversely, should the items display any signs of alteration, use, or washing, the return shall be refused, and the goods returned to the Customer at their expense.
All returned items must include all original labels, packaging, and accessories received at the time of delivery, together with the original box, which forms an integral part of the product and must not be damaged or altered, nor used as the sole outer packaging.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns, returns sent by couriers other than the one specified in the e-mail containing return instructions, or returns not in compliance with all stipulated conditions. In such instances, the goods will be sent back to the Customer’s original shipping address.
